Champions Gate Noise

Hi all, we have arrived at our villa tonight and seem to staying next door to the family from hell.
The road is lined with cars, loud music blaring and screaming, laughing and shouting is none stop.
Its now 12:30am, does anyone know if there is a security or someone we can complain to - there is lots of cars and people at the house so we don't feel comfortable knocking on the door - they obviously don't care how much noise they make so I don't see that us knocking would help anything either.

Can anyone help?

Is there an information pack in your villa?

There could potentially be some information in there regarding how to contact security.

I really don’t know how it works over there but I guess if it is really bad, you could contact the police?

Who did you book through? There must be a management company or someone local you can contact. On our resort we have a quiet time and you would be able to phone the gatehouse or the sheriff but I don't know how it works with a non gated resort.
Hopefully it's just a one night party and they will all be gone tomorrow. Good luck.

I’d still go around and ask them can they quieten it down, once had a similar situation at Windsor Palms and did that.

Sorry I know its too late now but you need to ring the local sheriff. The number should be in your welcome pack. We had an issue one year staying in Westhaven. The villa directly behind us. They brought a beat box on their little weekend away! We couldn't sit at the pool during the day so we went out but then we couldn't sleep that night so I rang the sheriff at 4am. Had just had enough. He actually called into us after. He was lovely and told us not to hesitate to call again but we have no other issue. I know the villa owner we rented from then would not take bookings for weekends only to avoid this happening. Hopefully they will be gone by tomorrow.

Yep, do as Ciano says and call the sheriff. I did it during a stay at Solterra and we didn’t have an issue with noise after that.

Where in Championsgate are you? It covers a large number of resorts?

Hope you got sorted. As others have said the advice is always to call the local sheriff. Luckily, I’ve never had to do this.
