Palace Theatre Manchester
It’s been a while since I last went to the Palace theatre so don’t know which is the best area to sit.
I am looking at booking tickets for Beauty and the Beast and I just don’t know which area to book Anyone have any advice |

Umm, well honestly I normally book the seats in the gods unless it’s a special present.
The views are great all round, it’s an incredible theatre with no bad view, but the price variance is crackers. I have seen both Les Mis and Book of Mormon on the back row itself and had great views for circa £20. I think if you are central to the stage, it doesn’t matter so much how far back you are. I have also sat in the front few rows of the stalls and front row of the circle. It does depend on the show itself, and I haven’t seen beauty and the beast itself, but I wouldn’t be too concerned

I either book the circle or if the seats are a lot cheaper the gallery near the front, but for Beauty & the Beast they worked out the same so got H2&3 (I prefer end seats & have had these before and they've got a good view) in the circle Never book the stalls as i'm a short ass so probably wouldn't be able to see over the person on front so can't comment on them

My preference is towards the front of the circle for the best view. It’s not a huge theatre though so there are no truly bad seats. I find the gods a bit high and you are looking down at the stage but if I wanted a budget ticket for a show I was indifferent about I’d got with it.

I'd recommend circle, we saw the show in Liverpool and were on front row of the stalls and missed some of the bits towards the back of the stage
