I did a 22.5 mile run on Saturday in preparation for the marathon next month. I didn�t need a watch to tell me it was not fun 😂

I run but 99% of my runs are not in any way fun at all!

However - I read a quote along these lines years ago and it's stuck with me since - "You'll never regret going for a run" - and so far this has pretty much been true for me!

I don't time myself, I've never run a race, nor have any desire to. I'm pretty slow, but, for me... it is fun.

Saw this about a half marathon
Mind you after doing the GNR last weekend the last 3 miles of the revised course were awful
