Calling BA - no answer

Anyone been successful in getting through? A friend of mine is trying to rebook his cancelled flights and no one is answering.

I imagine they are snowed. The website wasn’t even working properly last night, guessing it was under so much strain.

My work colleague has been trying for a week and no luck. They won’t even respond to his emails.

I managed to get through on the 2nd attempt last night about 7pm after being cut off after a 40 minute wait

I am a BA support but honestly they are rubbish at the moment. Early morning usually works

I’m sure they are inundated , but with bookings rather than cancellations , finally !
I’d expect today to be better staffed as they will have probably opened up extra hours to staff from today.

They're probably inundated but try their online chat too
