Beef Short Ribs Recipe

Could anyone recommend one please?
I have bought some lovely beef short ribs from Costco that I plan on cooking at the weekend but don't know where to start with a recipe. I really wanted them to be rich, sticky and fall off the bone.
I have had a look online but don't have a sous vide and would prefer not to have to bbq in this weather (bbq is a ≈≈≈≈≈≈ to get going when its raining).

I do mine in the slow cooker with veg and red wine
Serve with fluffy garlic mash do the same with lamb shanks to be honest

Recipetineats does 2 beef short rib recipes. Ive never had a bad meal when cooking from her recipes.

this recipe every time...

i dont serve it with polenta though, i mix it with some posh pasta, or use it in tacos, or as a meat layer in lasagne, its sso versatile, you can do loads with it, and it tastes *amazing*
