What do we need for entry to France and DLP?

Hi, ive tried reading through previous threads but cant get my head around things.

2 adults fully vaccinated and 1 baby, travelling by car on the tunnel.
Travel wise is it just proof of vaccination? And a day 2 return LFT?

My DLP app says a health pass is required?

Please help

You will need to complete a Statement of Honor per adult.

interieur.gouv/Actual...ational-travel

Choose travel to/from amber country. The document to print is in a pdf format. Print and complete.

The health pass...

uk.ambafrance/Health-pas...tion-in-the-UK

The easiest way is to install the tousanticovid app. It's in the link above. I printed our travel proof a vaccination.from the nhs app and scanned the QR codes in to the tousanticovid app.

You can just show the NHS QR codes (these can be saved in to the Apple wallet). My understanding is that if you don't use the French app you have to give more details when checking in to places.

I'd advise scanning both 1st and 2nd vaccines in to the app. My friend had a situation where the scanner didn't recognise jab 2 of 2 so they scanned 1 of 2 and all was OK.

Within 48 hours before returning complete the passenger locator form on gov.uk site for each adult (add your baby's details on to one of the adult's forms).

Book your return 2 day lateral flow beforehand. You'll need a code from that to enter in to the PLF.

I think that's everything. We're due to travel next Wednesday to DLP and I hope I have it all correct 😬

Apologies if I've told you stuff you already know. It's for my benefit too in the hope that someone who's already done it will correct me if any of its wrong.

I've just realised that I've printed the form from Green list countries. 😱 But I've looked and they're the same except for a paragraph about unvaxxed people. So fingers crossed it's okay! Also only scanned 2 of 2 into the french app, the 1 of 2 wasn't accepted by the airline one. 🤔 I can always add the other one over there if there's an issue.

X

Edit: Okay, they're slightly more different than I thought, but it seems the Amber country form is in relation to being unvaxxed. I have no way to print the other now, so I'll have to hope for the best.

I looked at the word document and it says at the top for unvaccinated people..?

Do you need this if you are vaccinated..?

Have I got this wrong? Sorry I can't tell from the replies. All I've printed is the statement of honor in point 2.2 for Amber list countries.

I fly in morning. Please help 🙏😂

We don’t go to January & hope it’s as plain sailing as this! We have a 13 year old too that needs tested before we go & while there! I’ve already downloaded the french app & we’re almost ready to go!

So when I fill in the PLF before travelling back do they email a QR code? Is this the one you show in the way back?
