Verifly Help!

We are travelling Edi-Lhr-Mco on 6 December.

I’d like to use Verifly. However I’m not sure how I can upload/scan my Vax passport (NHS Scotland version).

It’s on my phone, showing QR codes. However, it’s on my phone (where I want to load the Verifly app)
So how can I scan/ upload it when it’s on the same device?
I’ve tried to download the Vax passport onto a second device, but I can’t remember the password I used, I don’t want to change the password as I don’t want to mess up the app on my phone!
Any advice on how to get data onto the Verifly App? Worst case scenario I’ll just take all paper versions (which I do have) and be resigned to taking more time at check in!

I had the same problem so printed it then scanned it and kept the print out good job as when DH went home from Florida on the 14 they hadn’t a clue what the app was at MCO
He had everything on the app and paper copies
I’m sure as because here they get a vaccination card they thought he was pulling a fast one

We do have the printed paper copies that you can request, so I think I’ll do as you have done. It’s a lot of paperwork!

Dh was through MCO checkin in 2 mins after he produced the paper bits but he was as he says a trail blazer
We had the same Antigua to Miami the week before due to real dodgy phone and internet but again paper was the way to go which we had thankfully

We used VeriFLY last month and they still asked to see all out stuff at check in and it was so much easier with it all printed out.

I expect most of us have had the same issue. I used iPad and iPhone to scan one from another, it might be worth resetting the password on both so you know it anyway? When I added in DH he had a hard copy of his vaccination QR code so I scanned that in.

Just transfer the file from your phone to another device so you can scan it, use an app like sendaywhere that lets you transfer files between devices.

Does the Scottish version have a download PDF option like the English? That's what I selected, then uploaded that into Verifly instead of a photo. Worked fine.

Yes they do. I have just downloaded mine to get printed as a back up.

I always use bluetooth for that.
