Fundraiser selling costs help

Thank you. We are just gonna make up a couple of hampers with some pre packed snacks and bits and bobs then raffle it on the come and watch night instead. I've googled the raffle rules and looks like we can do this without a license.

This is true unless you are offering tickets to be bought in advance, if you are selling tickets at any time (or channel) other than in person at the event you are subject to the lotteries and raffles rules (which includes printed tickets with promoter address - i.e. you - on it and a host of other stuff)

No tix offered in advance, they're doing come and watch session so that the parents can see what the kids have been doing, we will email out and say they'll be available to buy then but nothing sold before. My only question is, there are several sessions over a few nights, just to keep crowds down etc. Can we sell at each event and then do a live draw at the end of the week? It'll be live on the dance school fb page. I know the rules say it doesn't have to be drawn at the event but need to look more into if we can sell at a few events for one draw. A lot will be the same parents to be fair but different style of dance classes if that makes sense.
