Originally booked with the ...

HI all
booked for next september and booked with the food budget per room and the $200 gift card. It is 9 nights at Beach club.
If I want to change my hotel to POFQ, will I lose the food voucher and gift card?

Also, what was the minimum nights to book to get the above offers?

TY

Usually, as long as they’re is availability at the hotel you want to move to, you should be able to keep all your offers. There might be a admin fee, but not sure if they have scrapped that or brought it back. You have to do a minimum of 5 nights with tickets to be able to take advantage of the offer, and i think your dining credit would be less as less days/lower resort category.

As above, assuming you booked with Disney direct they allow you to keep the original offer and the resort will be the price it was when the offer was on. Usually if the cost goes down they charge a £50 amendment fee. All assuming POFQ has availability in the room category’s that were in the offer.

Would you not lose some of the dining credit amount as you are downgrading from a deluxe to a moderate?

Can I just jump on here - would this be the same if you are to change dates? I also have booked with dining credits and thinking I may have to change the dates . Thought I’d loose the credit

It's the same as long as your new arrival date was in the offer period. If you reduce the length of your stay, the total credit will go down accordingly since it's a per night credit.

It depends who you booked with. If you booked with Disney then you'd keep it as long as the offer was avaibable for your new dates. For some reason ATD are telling people they can't change dates and keep the offer - they're saying they'd have to cancel and rebook, and therefore they'd lose the offer, and don't seem able/willing to amend a booking. Not sure about other agents.

Ok first thing I'd want to check would be that I could "move" the offer as POFQ wasn't part of it (due to not being open) if you can then I would also expect that the credit would reduce as you are no longer staying at a Deluxe but you should be able to keep the rest.

SD, POFQ was always included as eligible in the offer terms, it just couldn't be booked when the offer was first launched due to being closed. Several Dibbers swapped once it was opened without issue.

From memory, it was only a single room category that was included though. Garden/woods view I think.

I think this too as the daily credit for a moderate is less.
