Virgin Atlantic/Delta Code Share help

We have booked a flight to MCO via the VA website but is a codeshare with Delta.

Do we check in at VA or Delta at LHR?

Oh god this has for sure got me panicking! I have booked 3 seats through dial a flight , two are with Virgin Atlantic and one Air France (all same flight) but they saved us a fortune!
I just thought we could all check in together? Is this not the case? If not ummmmmm!

Yes we have booked through Dial a Flight as well have used them for years always better prices than booking direct with airline
