Virgin holidays tickets

Im trying to download my tickets ready for next week. It says theyll be available able from 25th november but its not letting me have them. Starting to panic.

Called virgin on Saturday. They daid the tickets would be there be 4pm today. Not there so i rang back. 2hrs on hold to be cut off. Really getting frustrated.

Is there another way to get in contact with them?

Have you tried to Whatsapp them? I don't have the VH number, i've only got the Virgin Atlantic number, but lot of people recommend asking via Whatsapp as it tends to be faster than calling and sitting on hold.

I�ve had a problem with my Alamo check in direct from Virgin holidays site.

It says not available and to call. Its a nightmare. On ropmof aorting out 4 lots of covid tests, working, packing, prepping and organising xhristmas... This is the last thing i need. Feeling really overwhelmed at the moment

They cut you off after 2hrs on hold!

If you can, it's worth calling first thing in the morning.
I called this morning, first try the lines were shut called straight back and after the menu choices it was picked up straight away, no queuing.

They don't. Your telephone system terminates the call.
