Mobile Anyone tried the Noom diet?

It popped up on my facebook today. Just interested in how it works? Has anyone had any success with it? Thanks!

I think it is the one that uses different coloured lights for how many calories a food has but never used it. Probably calorie dense food like crisps would be high and a celery stick would low .

I’d be interested to hear from anyone who’s tried it too!

Is signed up out of curiosity but quickly cancelled when I saw the price and a bot dressed up as a supposed advisor started contacting me.
No way.

When I was job hunting adverts for becoming a Noom coach kept appearing. Sorry but it put me off.

I signed up to a trial. I had no idea what I expected, but I cancelled on day 3. It's basically calorie counting.

I have done Secind Nature instead. No calorie counting or equivalent. Basically low carb (not no carb) and emphasis on fresh food and big flavours. Lots of cooking for yourself although you can freeze stuff.

Easy enough eating out, swap the chips for things like corn on the cob.

You get a mentor and a group (all online) and it considers psychological and lifestyle issues as well as food. Very positive, no guilt, no ‘low fat’ versions of food.

You may be able to be referred onto it for free by your GP as it is NHS backed.

I lost 3 stone in 6 months but since lockdown some of that has sneaked back.
