My favourite ever cake was actually at boardwalk bakery. It was a strawberry cream muffin type. It was packed with strawberry coulis and topped with loads of real whipped cream and fresh strawberries. I still wake dreaming of it. Nothing will compare...

I like most cakes but I had to narrow it down I'd go with Red velvet or salted caramel but as neither are usually available in gluten free I rarely have any

ready made GF options are pretty limited and a lot of them are not that nice but despite the fact I detest coffee & can't even stand the smell of it the M&S freefrom coffee and walnut cake is really nice
