AK value rooms DVC

Hi all

has anyone stayed in one of the above rooms?

which hotel are they at?
What was, if any, is the view?
Does anyone know where I can see pics of these rooms?

Tried googling and no pics coming up.

Thank you

Yes, great use of points but difficult to get as they’re very popular, you’d need to rent from an owner to book at 11 months to secure one.

They’re in Jambo House @ AKL.

We had a view of the pool both times we stayed in one.

You can get them one bed sometimes but not studios at 7 months. Saw there was 3 consecutive nights today for our dates over Easter but the lack of Sofa chair negates one of the main 1 bed advantages for us so even when we stayed at AKV 2 years ago and could have booked one then for a week, we went with Kidani standard instead for the sleeper chair and 2 bathrooms.
Some of them supposedly have partial savannah views as well.

We have stayed in the value studios many times. You really don’t notice that they are slightly smaller. We have had savannah and pool views. It really is pot luck as there are so few of them. We find it really difficult to get 7 days in September at 11 months now. People are walking the reservations months in advance. I’m afraid I have had to join them for next year and managed to get a studio a few weeks ago but am not planning on going until the beginning of September so am having to modify every 6 days. I hate doing it but we have no choice.
Good luck!
