Yip. Food is where most money is I reckon (hotels and merchandise is still massive too mind). Everyone gotta eat and drink. Those little drinks and ice creams and fries etc must add up to a huge amount per day which Disney want to keep in their "bubble".

Many years ago when there was a fuel crisis (can't remember the year or what it was about but it's in one of my Disney books) so people, I'm mainly on about americans, stopped coming as didn't want to risk not getting home. Disney stock piled fuel or gas as they call it and guaranteed everyone with a Disney ticket could fill up to get home and at a fair price. I believe Disney didn't make money on the fuel as did it cost price to get people to the parks.

It's not really relevant but shows that Disney make sure they get the punters in and spending lol.

Next time i'm sure its coming i can feel it.

Its the incentive we all need unlimited flexibility.
It’s not the incentive “we all” need. Most of us who go and stay onsite use our 14 days, or most of them anyway. Non-expiry only suits people who go for a day or so. Besides, that was never going to be the offer to entice people to stay onsite. Disney don’t want you buying a ticket that takes 5 years to use. They want you on the parks and resorts for your whole stay. That’s why we get such a good deal on 14 day tickets and why they used to offer free dining.

Hi all, just checking on the WDW website and no mention of any deal? Any idea when this might be released for the UK?

If that's the best Disney can do and is repeated for 2022 offers, I will be returning to Florida in 2022 just not staying in a Disney hotel. I really do despair.

I’m guessing they are despairing at the still crazy high prices for a very limited experience

7 nights at a value hotel + tickets for 4 people is still £3000 + food + parking.

But no one can know what the experience will be like at any time. Parks are starting to increase capacity and I am sure that others bits will start to appear.

Disney could either keep attendance low and put on shows and fireworks etc so make it a more magical experience ( think of how many people do go to special nighttime events)
Or they could increase numbers and not add in fireworks etc in the near future.

It may come down to how much money they want to make and who they are trying to encourage to visit. No point getting numbers in if the travel restrictions are still in place for the UK for example.

Bob Chapek says capacity is at 25% and will not go up until cdc guidelines change.
