I do love your writing style April. I think it'd suit a blog perfectly and you should really consider starting one.

Hi, great trip report, thanks for taking the time to write it, I've really enjoyed reading it.
That's really cheeky of the cabin crew to try and give Poot an economy meal 😡

We're going to have to find testers though - there's only so many cupcakes a person can eat! Actually, I don't think you're that far from us... can we borrow Poot's discerning palate occasionally?

I promise to keep in touch.

WHAT?!

Sam - if you believe that, you've obviously never had a ten year old son!

Seriously, though - I hope all your DD's professional dreams come true. She's been lucky to have you to support her through this rocky time.

And we live just north of London, not far from Potters Bar - let me know when you'd like to drop off the baked goods.

Oh, dear - a MAN!

It seemed like we were all ladies, tiger - sorry for the many "wand" jokes. And thank you.

Ah, duchy - look at your siggie! WELL DONE on talking him into a Lone Star Wedding!

And thank you - you have been such a rock for me during these last few weeks. I really appreciate it.

I'm just not sure about a blog - this trippie was a mountain of work, but I knew it would finish - so it remained "fun". I worry that a blog would get to seem like "work" pretty quick...do you know what I mean?

I KNOW, right? And every blooming time, emma!

Thank you for your kind words - and for sharing my outrage...

Many thanks, curlysue. We'll have to see about a "next", though!

I actually think that's an absolute cheek by the BA cabin crew. I wonder if it's exclusive to Orlando flights where passengers tend to be infrequent travellers rather than the more business type routes .
May pop over to flyertalk and ask.
You can prebook child meals in BA anyway so if you wanted crap food for your child you can request it in advance anyway lol

I wonder if they do it to all or just assume a woman with a child is probably less likely to be a frequent club passenger... or maybe I'm just a cynic !

Can't book yet but yes Texas wedding is a go ! I'll see if I can find a photo of the chapel.

You can't leave us not knowing how it goes with TF
I'm due a visit to Bushey... I may have to divert and scan the streets for Poot and a mini Zorro ,!
