Virgin adding points

I have a date of the 23rd each month for my air miles point

Question is do they get added on the 23rd or is that the cut of date so they can calculate your spending and add the points sometimes later

Perhaps if you check your Virgin Points account it may show the dates that points have been added previously.

Mine appear to be credited on my card statement date.

I presume you've looked back at your account and the 23rd is the date your points show each month for your CC spending?

My date is the 6th of each month, however they don't actually show until a day or two later.

Thanks all did notice something strange when I looked at my current air miles total.
I had 83000 points prior to booking two outward flights for 50000 points so it dropped to 33000.
But looking at the miles this morning I have 78000 miles
I know there was a double your points when you booked flights before a certain date but always thought these were issued after you flew
Any ideas
