Day 6 Typhoon Lagoon

We have a bit of a lie in today Again Carole passes up on a day where water would spoil her hair
We Try breakfast at Steak house today not bad They have fried eggs here We eat till we are full and call out Taxi to take us to Typhoon Lagoon We arriving just as they open We race down to the lagoon and place our towels on sun beds we feel like Germens

We head off to shark reef I chicken out at this Ted Todd and Zak are first in Zak gets a little scared but with a life jacket and help from his big brother they slowly float off across the pool We have a waterproof camera Todd took some great shots.
They spend a lot of time here keep floating across getting out and doing it all again After a while it soon fills up so we all spill into Castaway Creek I was a lot better at getting in and out of my tube this time. This creek felt a lot slower and not so long as the one at Blizzard Beach. I felt this park seem to have a lot more quiet places to sunbathe and keep out the way.

I retreated to sunbathe Ted and the boys go off to try out all the slides today is so relaxing these parks are great to rest and relax between visiting parks. We never got to try River Country this was closed for refurbishment. With suntans topped up we leave after a wonderful day

We spend the rest of the evening in our room the kids watch the TV While I wash out our small We order Pizza and buffalo wings had no ideas what these looked like. No wonder you never see them fly with such small wings they would never get off the ground.
Fall asleep dreaming of our next day MK

TL is lovely too, but I think I still prefer BB. I chickened out of the shark reef too, but DH loved it.

Funny isn't it Angel, I prefer TL to BB any day!  I think it's to do with the atmosphere (that, and the bodysurfing wave.  . &nbsp

Still, each to his own.  Glad you got to try both Anita.  Shame about River Country.  I have never made it there as it's always closed when we go too.  .
