Waitlisting error page 7 dwarves

Ok I'm driven nuts with this continuous problem.
When I try to waitlist, I reach the very last page and then get an error message with the 7 dwarves stating the page is unavailable and they're working on it. Ive tried clearing cookies and cache. Tried incognito window. Tried vars devices and browsers. Tried waitlisting on a stand alone basis and waitlisting replscing existing booking. Tried 31 days and 7 days. Borrowing and no borrowing. For weeks and it still doesn't work. I get through to the last page and then ...? So any techies out there that can help please?

I've never ever been able to click through to the end on a waitlist - you'll have to call them or try live chat

That doesn't sound promising at all!

Live chat has been unavailable for a while now but i'll keep motoring on

I have managed to put 2 waitlists through.

You can still live chat. If you go to the �contact us� section and then click on the chat button there, you will get through. I did it last night.
