Disney food, except the snacks. Overpriced and overrated.

And staying onsite, that may change if I have children.

None of our family like Disney Springs. Just full of expensive shops and crowds of people walking around. We stayed about an hour and left. Thought it was a waste of time.

That the resort is greater than the parks, we love spending time at the boardwalk, DTD (or whatever it is called) playing adventure golf etc, riding the monorail, friendships etc. We haven't been to a Disney Park since MNSSHP in about 2013 and it's about 2009 since we spent a day in the park.

The Horror Make-Up Show in Universal is the best show in any of the parks, ever (brings gavel down - it's now law)

YES! It is, even though we can pretty much quote it word for word, it's still the best.

I agree... My DH and I preferred it when it was Downtown Disney. We always used to walk over from Saratoga for a more grown up evening as it was more bars/restaurants. Now there are too many shops and it's more mall-like than Disney. Now we spend our last morning/afternoon there after dropping our luggage off with Virgin Atlantic but stick to a visit to Jock Lindseys Hanger Bar, maybe a Margarita and pick up a few last minute souvenirs.
