There are few more ageing styles than the 'manageable' Superdrug straw yellow bob or short mullet.
Definitely worth experimenting with natural colour and various lengths.
We have a kind of rite of passage at work as women reach late thirties, early forties, they turn up with their Village Of The Damned hair.

Well done for trying something different.

I am the only one of my 6 "ladies who used to lunch pre covid" who doesn't dye my hair. I was a very bright redhead who now has a lot of pure white. My hairdresser comments on how healthy it is. I can't understand the time/money my friends spend on covering the natural grey it's a never ending cycle of roots. Lockdown is the perfect time to learn to love your hair regardless of colour. Leave it for 6 months then get a haircut and see how you feel. Embrace your hair.
Pre lockdown I had an off the shoulder bob with fringe now my fringe is below my chin & the rest is almost waist length. Untreated hair really does grow, I can't wait for it all to be pure white.

Best thing I ever did was to stop dyeing my hair. It was healthier and actually suited my skin tone better.

Obviously now, post chemo, I simply polish it LOL 😂😂😂

When this subject came up on Loose Women the other day they all unanimously said they would never stop dyeing their hair.

Yes she was delighted to go for lunch where our youngest son is a chef, and eldest son treated her.
