Trouble booking park days
Hi all
Is anyone else having trouble booking park days for Disney? I’ve added all the tickets to the MDE app and when I go to book a park day it lets me pick a day and add all the ticket names and numbers then just chucks me out back to selecting a day and liking the tickets 🤷🏻 I contacted Disney by chat and they just said to do it through the website, which I did with the same result

I had to work through one at a time so I linked my ticket, chose a day and then it said can’t be booked as these people don’t have a ticket (or words to that effect) and then it gave me the option to link another ticket and then I repeated the process until all 4 tickets were linked. It was the only way I could see to do it.

I had trouble with this the other day, I just left it and tried the day after and it worked fine.
I'm not really sure what the issue was though! |

Your booking process doesn’t sound familiar. You shouldn’t need to be adding all the tickets and names after selecting a day. It is normally the other way around, you link everyone’s tickets up first, select everyone that you are booking for and then you choose a park day.

I did mine the other day.
Linked all my tickets and matched them with a person. Selected reserve park days. Selected all of my group Picked the date Picked the park Done. Have you tried using a different browser? I used Chrome and all worked fine x

As others have said, you shouldn’t need to repeatedly add everyone again. I did ours last night and after linking all our tickets and selecting everyone it assumed we would be attending together each day and listed us all

It could just be a glitch - Disney's IT does tend to have problems.
However, can I check something - Prior to doing all this park reservations stuff, after you linked the tickets to your MDE account, did you then assign the tickets to each person in (or associated with) your account? You do have to assign them to the people in your group first. If you go into MDE, does everyone have a tickets assigned? Apologies if you've already done that.
