How to make a complaint to Virgin Media

For the last couple of months, we have been given the runaround by Virgin Media. Their phone customer services are worse than useless and the web site just takes you to a “bot”. Does anyone know of an email address we can use to make a complaint? Thanks.

Email the CEO, they will have a team of people dealing with complaints.

We just had virgin installed yesterday. Our phone doesn’t ring so I used the website to complain. I had to answer a few questions and then say ‘speak to an agent’ but I did get through to a real person eventually.

DH has been speaking to real people, but they say it isn’t them and then he gets cut off when they are allegedly putting him through to someone else. He’s been trying to have a proper conversation with someone for over 2 hours tonight and our patience has now expired.

If I need to speak to someone I always choose the thinking of leaving us option! Just tell them you can't get through to anyone else to get the issue sorted out

Virgin are incompetent idiots. Which I'm Almost pleased about as we've now had Almost 6 months free of charge. It's a constant ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ chore though. Good luck 👍🏻

I had an issue with them last year. I explained on the phone I was deaf & to be patient was told told to "get someone to ring who isn't deaf" & the advisor hung up on me.
Needless to say I'm not with them anymore.

They are woeful (or were) when my Father passed away I tried to cancel the package he had and spoke to several real people but they kept asking to speak its the account holder rather than me - “hang on I will transfer you to the crematorium”. At a time of bereavement they were heartbreaking awful and in the end after several days of calls and email I handed it over to my solicitor. Eventually got it cancelled but no apology. Virgin media will never get a dime of my money

That’s awful.
As you know I work for a competitor and bereavement calls are dealt with by entirely different teams specifically trained to make things as easy as possible for the customer. It’s quite shocking everyone doesn’t have the same .

I agree. It is times such as that when the true worth of a customer service department is shown. Sky all the way for me and my family
