Nervous…..update p2
My only-just-gone 17 year old son, is currently flying over Oxfordshire, Worcestershire and west mids on his cross country solo flight for his private pilots licence
I cant sit still here at home, so much adrenaline. Need the dibb to hol my hand. Proud and sick all at the same time. I imagine this is what an Olympic mum feels like! 😜  Edited at 07:53 PM. |

My son did his PPL when he was about 25 and I stood and watched him take off solo, it is a bit scary. Then he took me and his dad up for a flight over the humber bridge, over our house and down the coastline it was a very proud moment
