Deli meat, thankfully not seafood or chicken. My mum was horrendously unwell with chicken cause she stupid “warmed it up”.

Can you get any electrolyte drinks such as Power aid from a shop with late Sunday hours. They are best for hydrating.

My DD was really poorly a few weeks ago as she caught crypto from the calves she delivered. The pharmacist said not to give her anything at all apart from Lucozade and let her sip it. He said its best to let it run is course. She was dreadful for about a week and when she eventually did start eating again could only manage a couple of teaspoons of mashed potato. Hope he is ok and feeling better soon x

Not much to add to other advice on here, but where did the meat come from?
If it was shop, are you able to call your local environmental health dept tomorrow and let them know?
