I’m sure it won’t be a week, don’t worry. Crypto is particularly nasty. DD is fine now though, thanks. Although she did manage to lose nearly 5kg in a week.

My mum had this years ago after reheating chicken - ended up in hospital for 2 weeks and her appendix taken out as she was that unwell they thought it had burst! Thankfully he’s no where near as unwell and she was even on day 1.

I might try a similar thing 😂 joking obviously! It’s weigh in day for us tomorrow, I think OH will be fairing better than me this week that’s for sure!

Was just going to suggest this, these sachets are great & can buy them in Tesco & contain the minerals to replace what you’ve lost

Thanks everyone. His temp has come right down to 36.8 now so 2 degrees down thankfully. Paracetamol has worn off as well and it’s still down. Going to have some more now and see how sleeping goes.

He’s had most of the bottle of lucozade and some water. I’ll get the sachet things tomorrow. He’s so drained but I’m less worried now his temp has come down.

Throwing up non stop for periods of time, and errr the OTHER thing, as well as chills and fever.

I know two others who’ve had it as well and they aren’t in my area.

I had it last week too and felt so achy like I had flu just sickness luckily - I don't normally get it when its doing the rounds at nursery but this one floored me.

I’ve just had covid and I did 5 lateral flow tests - all negative so please don’t reply On these as a way of diagnosing/not diagnosing covid
