linking mde

Hi all

help please have booked to go back August 2019 i have 2 rooms booked for port orleans and have been given 2 ref for disney ( one for each room).

the first one links to my MDE but the second one with half the party doesnt show. any idea how you link them both for fast passes etc.

is it a case it will link up nearer the time, should i have only 1 ref for both rooms or do i need to call Disney to resolve? ( the booking is through kenwood)

any help would be appreciated

We’re going as a group of extended family and have 3 separate bookings, rooms and MDE accounts. We’re on one another’s Friends & Family lists on MDE and can view each other’s hotel reservations and tickets. As long as you link up through Family & Friends on MDE, booking ADRs and FPs together is straightforward

I had the same problem with only one room linking on my MDE. Quick phone call to the Disney UK freephone number sorted the problem. The issue was rectified while I waited and all now good with both rooms correctly appearing. There was a name spelling inconsistency which meant it did not recognise one of the rooms against my surname.

All good now.
