Here now...where for ice cream and milkshake treat this afternoon?

Here now and having a lazy morning by the pool. It's a scorcher!

Thinking of taking kids out for ice cream later, but where to go? Any ideas?

Ample Hills Creamery at Disneys Boardwalk Hotel. Quite pricey but absolutely lovely. We parked at the hotel last year, popped into Epcot then back there for milkshakes and you can see the fireworks at Hollywood studios too.

Denny's do build your own shake, where you pick your items on a Little tick list and she makes it for you.

Celebrations also have giant fountains near the lake that the kids can play in if you took a towel

Ample Hills - delicious. And a nice relaxing saunter along the boardwalk too. Really lovely after the park craziness.

Kirwins at Celebration do lovely ice creams and its nice to sit in the rocking chairs eating them!
