Just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your replies and suggestions/advice.
We visited the Mercedes garage a couple of weeks ago on the hop and were completely ignored again. Not one sales person asked if we were ok or needed help! Not a great way to sell anything in my opinion or give a good impression to potential buyers! Today we went to our closest Sytner BMW garage and had a completely different experience. Sales person spent a good 3 hours with us and took us to see another site as we wanted to see particular colours in the flesh. Nothing was too much trouble and found them extremely helpful. We’ve ended up ordering a BMW M sport 118i with pro pack and tech pack in Storm Bay. Can’t wait to pick it up now! Thanks all 👍 |

I have to say, staff were all amazing and couldn’t fault them. Never looked into BMW before, we've always had VW and Jag was our last one. Really impressed so far. Edited at 11:12 AM. |
