Glazing units with integral blinds

Can anyone advise on their experiences of these types of windows. DW is considering these as we have a few units that require replacing.

We have integral blinds - what sort of information are you after? We have them in 3 rooms and plan to add to a few more as we replace the windows.

Hi
Just wondering about the response of movement of the blind. The ease of being able to actually tilt the slats and the degree of control you get with the mechanism.

So I guess it may depend on the make - we have full control - tilting, opening part way etc - same as a normal blind. I know some complain about the speed of opening and closing - we have our on a remote control and it’s not as quick as opening manual but it’s a smooth action and a full bifold door opens in about 10 seconds - no need to sit and watch it

We have manual integral blinds with the magnetic slider, in out extension.
As quick and easy to operate as any slatted blind would be. With the added bonus of not needing to clean them and no flapping in the breeze. I was only going to have them fitted on the French doors but glad I opted for all the windows as well.

We intend to have them in all the windows as we replace them.

We had these in a very wide 4 door bifold. They were fabulous. Easy to use. Could use them separately and never had to clean them. They were brilliant!

Just gad them fitted, absolutely great, they work well and look good too. You can get them in different colours, but we went for cream

Thanks to all for replying just one more question if anyone can answer.
Are the/your blinds blackout and is the perimeter coverage good. The rear of our house with two bedrooms and lounge is south facing.

Yes, exactly why we got them, they work very well at reducing light into the windows.
If you want total blackout, just put up some curtains as well.
We don’t pull the lounge curtains but do in the main bedroom
They keep both the lounge, the bedrooms and the kitchen cooler too
