As Sue said, Dioralyte is a good one, have been having that myself this week due to dehydration, Gatorade might be easier to get hold of? Probably tastes better!

The diarolyte tip was one I only tried last trip. For me, a game changer. I'd have one as we got back in from the parks. 20 mins later I felt rejuvenated.

I felt really poorly in NY on our last trip there as it was during a heatwave. I will pack some of these from now on.👍🏻

Amazing the treatment they give over there. Am sure the bill will be some sight when it comes in but that's for the insurance company to deal with.

We were actually told about dioralyte by my granddaughters consultant, it had never occurred to me before so can't take credit.

As a villa owner with light carpet upstairs I hate Gatorade but that's a different story. There's money to be made for the person who brings out a carpet with Gatorade colour splodges on it.
