Just out... Utterly epic.
The nods to the original, the flying was fantastic, the score, the cast driving just the right reactions in the audience. Emotional rollercoaster, too... Ice brilliantly done. Like a few others, introduced my daughter to the original on TV a week ago so she'd have the references... She's fifteen, thought the character was a cocky sob in the original... He was still Maverick in name and deeds, a little more grown up. Definitely want to see it again before the run ends at the cinema. Properly fantastic movie... Didn't disappoint at all. |

We watched it on Saturday at city walk as we had a few hours before our ride to the airport and didn’t want to get all hot and sticky in the parks! We already have tickets for Thursday but will happily watch a second time, we really enjoyed it!

We watched it tonight and absolutely loved it. As soon as the music started I got Goose-bumps (see what I did there!
 ).It was just amazing and I couldn't believe how good the casting was for Goose's son. He was so like him.
