Blimey when did I miss the ticket price hike..

Clearly haven't been on The Dibb enough, looked to book our park tickets for Christmas £579 each for 2 weeks plus nearly £100 each for Genie Plus
6 Tickets almost £4k I am sure the last time I bought tickets we were around £2.5k for us...

If you break it down its nearly £42 a day to enter. Alton Towers is £36. Their on the day ticket was £65 but it looks like that has been dropped.

Still an awful lot to pay though!

Knew there was a reason we don't go to any of the parks anymore!

They have just gone up by £20-£40 depending on time of year. You need to book them now to get the Genie offer as that will expire soon

Hey R, if you want Genie + added don’t hesitate, they’re removing it from advanced sales on the 7th June.

It’s a shame the APs aren’t back on sale yet, asaDVC member you’re entitled to buy the gold pass, more expensive but a no brainer if you’re going more than once a year.

Hi J
I had managed to book a stay at the Poly DVC for 5 nights but we had an existing reservation through Disney for 5 nights at CS and I looked at the invoice the park tickets were the old price and I could add the genie plus on, plus we get all the spending money cards and free dining credit so it worked out almost free to stay at CS so I have cancelled the Poly and banked the point :-)
Hope you had a lovely holiday xx

The 2023 Magic tickets have gone up by £20-£40 compared to the 2022 Magic tickets for similar times of the year.

However, the price of the Magic tickets is now date-based and the price at Christmas is very expensive. They have gone up by a lot more than just £40.

For example, at Christmas 2023 the price of a 14 day ticket is £569. That's without Genie+. It's £100 more than an off-peak ticket this year (£469).
