My final payment is due soon for two short stays at Cabana Bay and Loews Royal Pacific in August. I book these back in November and paid the 50% deposit that was required. My question is how do I pay the remaining amount. I cannot find anywhere that will take me to where I can pay the remaining amount. My reservation will only allow me to modify or cancel my booking.

I have tried ringing and emailing but no luck getting through to anyone or getting a response from my email. Any advice would be greatly appreciated from anyone who has solved this issue.

Did you book through Universal? If yes, then you can take care of it when you check in. That is what we have done.
