Universal drink cup

Strange question, we went to florida 7 years ago and bought some refillable drink cups at universal Studios. Does anyone know if these can be reactivate?

We have one from years ago we still used
The straw is broken now though- does anyone know if they will replace it?

I doubt they will replace it if u bought it years ago but u could ask or just buy a straw u can get reusable ones on Amazon for very little money

There are the coke life ones in the parks which are refillable and from reading a specific resort mug which can be refilled in just that resort hotel.
