Hi, sorry been offline! Emerald Island is lovely! Not used much of the facilities, but restaurants - Outback just round the corner at Formosa Gardens, also does take out, which was a life saver when on the way back from parks with empty bellies but tired children! We could get the a McDonalds drive through, they'd eat while we picked our up, and they'd be asleep while we have big steak in peace! A couple of night this was a life saver, and a treat! The supermarket there is way overpriced, grab essentials only, Target is left on the 192, and has nice restaurants there too so you can combine both.
