We went in the last two weeks of March..

Weather was amazing, never too hot and only rained once for maybe 10 minutes during our 14 day stay.

Crowd levels however.. crazy. We really underestimated spring break. There were times in AK where we just wanted to leave because you could barely walk around without bumping into people etc. Queue times across all parks where pretty crazy... as an example 5-6 hours for FOP, 4 hours for SDD etc.. however this could just be normal queue times these days?

I don't think we would ever do March again... purely because of Spring Break.

I was thinking of a solo trip in March - and was wondering when is spring break - is it the whole of March I was thinking the first week of March - don't want big crowds - it would be Universal onsite stay.

Spring Break is generally celebrated throughout the entirety of March, however is normally busy towards the later part of March.

The beginning of March would be a better option IMO than the last two weeks as per my post above.
