But when it comes to flight only with virgin... absolutely dreadful. expect to be waiting indefinitely.
Still not been refunded from flight beginning of April.

Used netflights loads in the past and safe to say, never again. Disgraceful company.
We were due to fly on the 25th April, VA flight only with Netflights. We started a charge back on the 29th of April and have been refunded.

Was that from your bank or netflights?

We have started chargeback process but even our bank are dragging heels.
