I'm sorry you haven't had a reply to your email. We are incredibly busy at the moment but frustratingly, we also have a problem with our email system. Unfortunately, if a customer has not heard from us and they chase us for a response and send a second email, it puts both the first and second email to the bottom of the queue again.

We have complained about this to our system provider and we are waiting on a fix, but that may be why you have not heard back. I am sorry.

If you send the email to me (chris@attractiontickets.com) I will make sure it gets looked at.

Also, we will fix the Dibb code so it also works for Euros.

That's good to know. Also just to say that ATDIBB10 should also now work for Euro transactions as well as sterling.

Not sure if anyone else has asked attraction tickets but IF Disney later release a 21 day Disney ticket would they allow us to swap a booked and paid for 14 day ticket if we pay the difference between the two?

I have just ordered our tickets. The discount code gave me the £10 off and I paid in full but my order shows that I now owe the £40. Will they automatically sort this out tomorrow when they open and see my order or should I contact them?

Ive just ordered, put in discount code, said it was accepted, but then the amount owing is full price. I have also emailed them - maybe it does not show automatically and they apply it in retrospect?
To be honest the website isnt all that great. I couldnt even put credit card details in on Chrome and had to use Safari.
