Attraction Tickets Direct
Anyone emailed them and not heard anything back? I forgot to add the voucher so emailed to see if they could add and got a confirmation email but its now been two weeks

Anytime I've emailed I've had a reply the same day or next day.
The first reply I got went into my junk mail. If there's nothing in your spam or junk folder I would give then a ring 0800 223 0324 |

Never had any issues waiting for them to reply Normally I get a reply within the day, I would call them

I emailed them at the beginning of May and it took just over 2 weeks for a response. They have a problem with their email software where if you email to chase, your email goes to the back of the queue again (I didn't chase FYI). So hang on for a few more days.

I have rang before, they will usually advise me to email directly the person I am speaking to on the phone rather than the general inbox (depending on if it’s something they can help with) it then gets dealt with much quicker

I emailed and got no reply after 2 weeks. Messaged them through Facebook page and got a reply within a few hours. They told me they were really backlogged with emailed and if you sent a 2nd email chasing it up you would go back to the end of the queue!
If you have Facebook I recommend messaging them through that - I got my refund processed through this.

As above, we dealt with them through FB messenger and got our issues dealt with really quickly on there.

It took them a few weeks to get back to me re switching my tickets from this year to next. I had a few months before the payment was due so I just left the email with them. When they did get back to me they sorted it immediately, no hassle at all.
I'd give it a few weeks if you can. |
