Anybody know how the 6:30 all aboard timings will work with dining and shows?
We have main dining, and I saw that the arrival times for the show start at 8pm for 8:30 start. I assume they won’t start serving the meal until everyone is on board, so main dining would start soon after 6:30pm. Would that give enough time for the meal and to get to the theatre for an 8pm slot? My dd is a very slow eater!

I've just received an email from Disney regarding creating an account with Project screen by Prenetics 33 days before departure. When looking at this I think it's geared for using the NHS app which is of course only available if you are registered with an English GP

Project Screen by Prenetics, Q&A seem to indicate a test might not be required for under 11's, anyone know if Disney has confirmed this?
What's the minimum age that means a guest is required to carry out a Fit-to-Travel PCR test? Disney to confirm. Children aged under 11 do not need to take a test. UPDATE 16/06/21 Have had a email from Disney & they have confirmed all under 18's need to be tested and they will get Project Screen to update FAQ to reflect this Edited at 01:38 PM. |

Everyone will be on board long before 6:30 - that is just the absolute latest time. When you check in (at 30 days out) you will be able to pick a Port Arrival Time (PAT). I've only done one cruise before, but from what I could see, most people were on board by lunchtime.
(EDIT: based on Lou Lou Disney's posts above, it looks like the PAT is between 12:45 - 3:30 this time - probably because of extra time for testing.) I don't know for sure what time the dining is but usually I think it's about 5:45 so you will have plenty of time. Everyone is able to do either dinner, then show, or show, then dinner.

So I think all aboard may differ depending on the port. All aboard on my sailing from Southampton is showing as 5:15pm on the app.
Main dining would start around 5:15-5:45pm so if you didn't board til 6:30 and had main dining you would miss it. The current cruises however seem to have port arrival times up to 3:30pm I think it was so they are expecting everyone onboard by 5pm in time for the dining.

Well eventually managed to complete check in after about 8 hours, I did other things whilst waiting though, and several calls to Disney who just blamed the glitchy IT.
However this morning it just says pending review so don't know if completed or what.
