Please someone help re TUI

[Disney Nanny]

I cancelled a holiday with them for next year, I want to make a complaint about some problems incurred.
on phone I was told to do it on website, on 'my booking'
When I came off phone tried to go into 'my booking' and as it is now cancelled I am not allowed to log in.

I have googled and sent off a complaint to all and sundry for it only to bounce back to me saying undeliverable!

Anyone HELP me?

There’s this complaint form on their website. It’s supposed to be for ‘after’ travel but it’s the only one I could see. Everything else says to call

Thank you, I got so excited then, but It will not accept travel date, I can only presume it is because it is in the future
I have never been so disgusted by a travel compnay of this size.
I even tried to complain on facebook but of course 'admin' will not approve my message

Have you got Twitter? It’s usually less moderated than Facebook. Sorry the link didn’t work.

Could you call into one of their shops and ask where to complain.
