New washing machine and where from?

My elderly Bosch Maxx 9 is starting to have faults, door locking, unreliable spin etc. We have cover for all kitchen appliances but I’m thinking about replacing it.

I want either Bosch or Miele and need a large capacity 9-10kgs.
Happy to buy online and have used John Lewis in the past but heard not good things about their customer service recently.

Any advice please on either machine or good supplier?

I got mine from AO , Never had a issue with their service.

My cooker had a problem after about 6 months and AO had the repair sorted within 3 days .

Far better service than I’ve ever had with Curry’s

John Lewis give a 2 year warranty on washing machines but I think AO only give the standard one year.

John Lewis for me - never really had a problem with their CS; generally I have liked to go into a shop and see the item first (esp white goods ) and chat about them and buy there and then - supporting the partnership but covid may have changed that but for now I get my Miele form JL and they have been remarkably top drawer (plus they price match AO and give a shed load of Avios or VS points !)
