Discovery Cove booking warning

Just a quick warning about booking Discovery Cove tickets through Attraction Tickets direct. I booked with them some months ago and paid a deposit , last week I paid the balance (with 6 weeks till we go) and now they have contacted me and said that they have now tried to book our tickets and there is no availability. Not sure why they thought that they could leave it this late and still get us booked in. I have looked on their website and they seem to have no availability for the time we are in Florida but I am hoping it can get sorted as strangely enough the Discovery cove website does have availability. Fingers crossed

Hope you get sorted. I believe the tour operators only get a certain allocation of tickets, so it could be that that allocation has been exhausted but why DC still has spaces if you book direct.

I will be really cross if this happens to me too. Not got my tickets through yet, although booked and paid for some time ago, not through ATD.

What a pain in the back side that is so close to your hols. Hope it gets sorted. I ordered previously with Attraction Tickets and once I paid they phoned me the next day to say they couldnt do the date I requested but offered me my money back or another date which was fine as I was flexible.

They explained that they only have an allocated amount of days due to limited capacity. I asked why they still advertised the date if they didnt have tickets. They explained they dont do this as more tickets become available on a daily based on demand. So in theory one day they could not be allocated any tickets but if they request some the following day DC could give them some. Whether this is correct or not I dont know but this is what the operator at Attraction tickets told me.

Should you be getting be a refund I would check how quickly this will be as you dont what to be waiting on the cash if you are wanting to use it for more tickets off some one else
