Hotel beds management company
Hi I have booked a superior deluxe villa with Thomas Cook who have told me the management company for this is Hotel Beds. Does anyone have any information about this company as I have been told and have read reports that were not good. We go in a couple of weeks so any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi
I found an email for them after searching the web for ages but have deleted it since. the company were fine and the few issues we had with our villa were dealt with within 24 hours. I emails about bunk beds as the kids wanted to stay in one room and when I explained this to hotelbeds they said they would try help. When we got to the villa we were upgraded to a 4 bed even though we paid for a 3 bed and there was enough beds for the kids to sleep in one room. the internet is designed to give you information but not all the information is true or accurate. I will try find the email as I have deleted my travel folder and if I find it I will PM you. |

Just back today from Florida... first week was in a superior villa booked thru TC with hotelbeds... Superior it wasnt...inside fine but the swimming pool, and pool furniture not up to standard...only there one week, as moved to Naples for the second week... three days without a pool.. seating falling apart... etc.. arrived tues and by friday could use the pool... no pump so dead flies on the surface... not impressed by there villas... if your not happy contact them immediately... as they take there time... but tbf we may just have been unlucky... have taken pics and intend to inform TC... second week amazing villa... was what I was expecting...

Hi Cathi, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this is the type of thing I have been hearing about so have been on to Thomas Cook letting them know of my concerns. They naturally dismiss this and say it's in the minority and most holidays are fine but from what I have read and been told I am really quite concerned about it. The more information I can get from other people is really helpful.

Hey Disneyhils... really as I say we could have been the unfortunate ones... but I would actually just keep on and on at them... as we were moving for the second week and where doing the parks the first week we were only really sleeping there...but in saying that did spend a lot of mjoney on the fact I wanted a superior and think I should really have gotten what I paid for... dont worry too much honestly... if your not happy tell them you want moving full stop...and dont take no for an answer... lol...

We've never had a problem with Hotelbeds , but possibly just lucky. I think we've had accommodation from them about 5 times now.
