Email address for yacht club complaint

We have the welcome letter but it’s just a qr code , will it work for complaints or do I need an email address . Any help us appreciated please .

I would just ring the front desk, tell them you have a complaint to make and someone will ring you back pretty quickly.

Front desk are part of the problem and to be honest not the greatest of help which is disappointing.

General managers name is Kim Marinaccio, letter left in the room during our stay from her about the fitness center being closed during our stay.email address had capitals in the letter, not sure if it matters but it reads as flows on her letter

Guest Guest	I dealt with guest.services@disneyworld.com after we had issues at POR. They were very helpful and I was happy with the response that I got. It did take a couple of weeks to get a reply though because they investigated first.

We used the QR code at CSR recently when we had an issue with our housekeeping gift card. It was resolved very quickly.

Thank you everyone, I need to go and see someone today regarding the issues but I’ve had to cancel a lot of this mornings plans due to being in a resort bus crash on the way from mk to yacht late last night. I’ll try and go later. This holiday just gets better
