Mobile College backpack/laptop bag

Morning everyone 😀

My daughter will be starting college soon and will be carrying a laptop with her. She wants a backpack type bag but we can’t seem to find anything that has a protective pocket for a laptop but still looks ‘cool’ enough for a 17 year old! Any ideas?
Thanks

My DD21 has this one for UNI.

It does the job well, holds heavy books & laptop & looks good too x.

I have this one for work, it has a padded pocket inside which fits my Lenovo, would depend on the size of the laptop.

Not sure whether this is cool enough

I second this, I carry around my laptop in a laptop sleeve and just throw it into whichever bag I'm using. The laptop sleeve I have is pretty nice and padded and does as good a job as the laptop compartment I have in one of my backpacks.

Look at Doughnut or Nordace back packs. Not cheap but look really sturdy and has a lot of pockets inc for a laptop.

I want a Doughnut one for my hand luggage!

Thanks for all the suggestions folks appreciate your input... it is a mac book and she has the hard plastic case for it so maybe a sleeve will be enough protection and then she can have any bag?
