If ur talking about the ones in los cristianos... I would try and get in 3 or 4!
These 2 are by far the best! The pools in 4 are totally sectioned off so the general public cannot walk through but in 3 they can... But you must have a ticket to stay and use them or you will be asked to leave!
We have stayed in all 5 (in private lets) 3 and 4 by far are the best kept!

Hi I have stayed in Parque Santiago 3 a couple of times. Fab place. Not stayed in PS4 but it looks really nice. Parque Santiago 3 has a children's waterpark in it so great if you have kids. I think they have a web page so worth a look. (parquesantiago.com). Hope that helps

I stayed at Parque 3 and it was lovely, lots of steps up and down, we overlooked the childrens water park. The only negative is that the pool is very salty and stings eyes and makes you catch the sun more

Why don't you look on trip advisor there are tonnes of reviews for all the apartments on there, and they probably have a facebook page now (most hotels & apartments seem to these days).

Some of the apartments are duplex!
But the majority are all on one floor!
But if you do get a duplex you get 2 sitting areas.. A terrace on the bottom and a balcony off one of the bedrooms!
The area is called the golden corner ... crosses los cristianos with playa las americas!
3-4-5 are los cris end and 1-2 are playa America side!
