No matter how hard we try, however, it is human nature to some to feel nervous the first time of doing something which goes against something you have been doing naturally in the UK for years.

Hopefully after your first few drives you will think "yes, I really like this driving on the wrong side of the road in the sunshine with my shades on lark"... but until then follow the advice given by myself and others and just take your time and you will be OK.

Remember lots of Brits have been before you and now find driving a pleasure in the good old US of A
