Did I get the right tickets?

Dear all,

We are going soon to Orlando and I purchased tickets to Universal and Disney. The tickets to universal are clearly marked as a Multi Day ticket and disclose exactly what we are entitled to, thats fine.

However, on the Disney tickets we received there is no information whatsoever. I purchased the Magic your way and Park Hopper Plus tickets, although this is reflected on the bill, it does not on the ticket. How do I know I was sent the right tickets? I don't want to link them yet to my Disney account as I'm terrified of being sent the wrong stuff. The tickets do look legit, they are made of plastic, have a QR code at the back and what I believe is a serial number partially obscured by a metal scratch strip.

I purchased them thru Attractions Tickets Direct.

Thanks in advance,

Carlota

They sound absolutely fine, you have your paperwork to say what you’ve purchased so link them to be sure and if any problems you’ve still got time to contact atd / uiniversal are paper and Disney plastic 👍🏻

I purchased the same & they are perfectly fine to link to MDE though best to do it on a computer or laptop as had probs with my iPad & had to ring Disney to sort out, that said they were really helpful & was resolved quickly x

As mentioned once linked to MDE it will show up what you have. My daughters Disney Halloween tickets do not state it either but shows it on MDE

hi all.
Have you manage to link the tickets ok ?

I can see 8 letters/numbers and then the scratch-off silver part. MDE asks for 10 or 12 numbers/letters
Do I need to scratch this off to reveal the full ticket number ?

I dont want to scratch this off and stupidly invalidate tickets or something.

EDIT:

found the info on the ATD help pages. Simple case of scratching off to reveal all 12.
